6	Q How do you send me?
	A One box contains two small boxes of 30g*3 red ginseng slices and is sealed with paper band. As an option, we put it in a paper bag or wrapped in a cloth, put it in a paper bag, and put it back in a delivery box and send it safely.
5	Q Can I take it for diabetes?
	A Our products don't have sugar, so you if you’d like you can mix it with soy flour and black sesame powder. However, we do not recommend it.
4	Q I'd like to buy it as a gift. Is it possible to wrap it with cloth?
	A Yes. We can wrap it in a cloth. We will decorate it with pretty dry flowers so that it may look more elegant and valuable.
3	Q Can you send overseas?
	A Yes you may. We can ship it via post office EMS or through DHL. In the case of Vietnam, we also have air express delivery option.
2	Q How many years do you use ginseng?
	A It is domestic ginseng and can be used for more than 5 years.
1	Q How do I store it?
	A It can be stored at room temperature in a cool place to avoid direct sunlight. It is recommended to consume our products as soon as opening the package. In case you store it more than one month, keep it refrigerated. Take it out of the refrigerator and leave it out in room temperature for about half a day before consuming it.
