Privacy Policy


Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 [Purpose)
These terms and conditions apply to the Internet service provided by Cheongho Solution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Operator’).
The purpose is to stipulate the terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as ‘Service’), procedures, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Effectiveness of Terms and Conditions)
1. These terms and conditions become effective when they are notified to members through the ‘Site Address’ screen service or by other means such as e-mail.
2. The operator may change the contents of these terms and conditions when necessary, and the changed terms and conditions will take effect from the time they are announced or notified in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.

Article 3 (Rules other than terms and conditions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, if any.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

1. “Member” refers to a corporation and a service user within a corporate member who accesses the service, registers as a member in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, obtains approval from the operator, and receives services provided by the operator.
2. “Member ID” refers to a combination of letters and numbers determined by the member and approved by the operator for member identification and service use.
3. “Password” refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by a member to protect his/her personal information and confidentiality during communication.

Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement

Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)
The service agreement is established when the operator reviews and approves the person who applied to use the Internet service.

Article 6 (Application for Use)

1. In principle, applicants for service use must faithfully fill out and register member information requested by the operator.

2. For membership registration, if the person wishing to use the service reads these Terms of Use, fills out the relevant information according to the membership application form, and clicks the “Agree” button, he/she is deemed to legally agree to these Terms of Use.

Article 7 (Reservation of approval for application for use)
The operator may restrict approval of the application for use if any of the following items apply, and may withhold approval until the reason is resolved. In this case, the operator will notify the applicant by e-mail, etc. However, there are exceptions in cases where the user cannot be notified due to reasons not attributable to the operator.

① When the capacity of service-related facilities is insufficient
② If there is a technical problem
③ When other operators deem it necessary

Article 8 (Rejection of application for use)
The operator will not accept applications for use in cases that fall under the following items.

① If the name is not your real name
② When applying using another person’s name
③ If the contents of the membership application form are falsely entered
④ If the application is made for the purpose of disrupting social order or morals

Article 9 (Termination of Contract)
1. When a member wishes to cancel the service use contract, the member must apply for cancellation to the operator in advance via e-mail, visit, phone, or fax.
2. If any of the following reasons occurs to a member, the operator may terminate the contract without prior notice.

① In case the operator’s reputation is damaged
② In case of intentional interference with service operation
③ In case of stealing another member’s ID and password
④ In case of planning or carrying out an act that undermines social morals and social public interest

Chapter 3 Service provision and use

Article 10 (Change in scope of service provision)
If necessary, the operator may add or change the contents of the service. In this case, the operator makes it a rule to announce the contents in advance.

Article 11 (Use of Service)
1. In principle, the service is available 24/7 unless there is a special problem with the operator's business or technology.
2. However, the service may be suspended when the operator needs it for system inspection, backup, etc., or due to force majeure such as system failure, excessive use of the service, or natural disaster.

Article 12 (Provision of information and posting of advertisements)
1. When operating the service, the operator may provide various information to members by posting it on the service. If necessary, the operator may add or change the contents of the service. In this case, the operator makes it a rule to announce the contents in advance.
2. The operator may place advertisements on the service screen, e-mail, etc. in relation to service operation.

Chapter 4 Rights and Obligations

Article 13 (Obligations of operator)
1. Except for the cases stipulated in Article 11, the operator will do its best to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The operator maintains and repairs service-related facilities in an operable condition at all times, and makes every effort to repair and restore them without delay in the event of a failure.
3. When a member's complaint related to the service is received, the operator must immediately process it. If it is difficult to process it immediately, the operator will notify the member of the reason and processing schedule through the service or e-mail.

Article 14 (Privacy Protection)
1. In relation to the service, the operator may not leak, disclose, or distribute the member's personal information to others without the member's prior consent, and may not use it for commercial purposes other than service-related work. However, this does not apply in the cases below.

① When a request is received from a relevant agency for investigative purposes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
② When there is a request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
③ In cases pursuant to other related laws and regulations 2. If the operator receives the consent of the person or determines that there is no serious infringement on the member's privacy, the operator may create and use statistical data on the personal information of all or part of the member and use it through the service. Cookies may be sent to members' computers. In this case, members can refuse to receive cookies or change the browser settings on their computer to warn about receiving cookies.

Article 15 (Member's Obligations)

1. Members must comply with matters notified by the Company, such as relevant laws, provisions of these Terms and Conditions, usage guidelines and cautions, and must not engage in any other actions that interfere with the Company's business.
2. Members cannot engage in any commercial activities using the service without prior consent from the operator.
3. Members may not use the information obtained through the service by copying, duplicating, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, or otherwise providing it to others without prior consent from the operator.
4. Members must not engage in any of the following acts in connection with the use of the service.
① Illegal use of another member’s ID
② Acts for the purpose of criminal activity or related to other criminal activities
③ Acts that violate social order and morals
④ Acts that defame or insult others’ reputation.
⑤ Acts that infringe upon the rights of others, such as intellectual property rights.
⑥ Hacking or spreading computer viruses
⑦ The act of continuously transmitting certain content, such as advertising information, without the consent of others.
⑧ Any action that may or may interfere with the safe operation of the service.
⑨ Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations

Article 16 (Deletion of posts or contents)
The operator may delete service postings or contents without prior notice or consent if they violate the provisions of Article 15 or exceed the prescribed posting period.

Article 17 (Rights and obligations regarding postings)
1. The copyright for the content of the post belongs to the member who posted it.
2. Members are responsible for any civil or criminal charges arising from their postings.

Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer) Members may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other contractual status to others, and may not provide them as collateral.

Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
Even if any damage occurs to a member in relation to the services provided free of charge by the operator, the operator shall not be held liable for this, unless such damage is caused by the operator's gross negligence.

Article 20 (Indemnification and Compensation)
1. The operator does not assume any responsibility for the content, including the accuracy and reliability of information, data, and facts posted by members on the service. Members use the service at their own risk and post or transmit information using the service. Members are fully responsible for any damage incurred in relation to the materials provided or any disadvantages arising in connection with the selection of materials or use of other services.

2. The member is fully responsible for any damages resulting from carelessness in the management and use of the member ID and password, or for misuse by a third party.

3. If a member violates Article 15 or other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the operator becomes liable to a third party, and damages are incurred to the operator as a result, the member who violated these Terms and Conditions shall incur damages to the operator. All damages incurred must be compensated, and the operator must be indemnified from such damages.

Article 21 (Resolution of Disputes)
1. The operator and members must make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve any disputes arising in connection with the service.
2. Notwithstanding the above provisions, if a lawsuit is filed due to this dispute, the lawsuit shall be under the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters.
